Gift card orders placed and paid online are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise agreed beforehand with management.

Delivery Policy for Gift Cards:

 

Gift cards ordered online and set to deliver directly to the recipient or directly to yourself will be dispatched within 48 hours and sent via Royal Mail first class delivery which should arrive within 1-3 working days.
